Connections Lunch Vouchers Question

For those who have used the Lunch Vouchers (the ones around $30 each), which restaurants would you recommend using them at, and are they valid any day as long as it is during the restaurant's lunch hours?

I have actually used these vouchers at the RFC and Le Cellier, and it was a great savings!

We went to Alfredo di Roma and my bill would have been $76, a savings of $45. The waitress even asked me if I wanted a glass of wine. She also recommended the sampler dessert which we got - I found out later that the dessert costs $9.50!!
