Connections, improved???

I have heard a lot of negative things about dealing with Connections for Meal vouchers. Have they improved lately? It seems like a lot of people are talking about them again.

I've never stopped using them. Although once they sent me double the order, I sort of suspected that would happen, since the person was confused when I ordered. I paid for them and used them.
I love getting the vouchers and find that I save a lot of money the way I use them.

I love using the vouchers. We've always received excellent service at WDW with them. I've not had a problem with Connections either.

I just got my 7 day park hopper plus passes from them and was extremely pleased with the service. They had the best prices of anywhere that I could find and they also shipped them second day air for free so I got them in 3 days.
