Connections Eatery @ Epcot - questions..

Looking at the Disney webpage it shows the Connections Eatery here and I have circled that it shows you can mobile order but when I check on the MDE app I don't see it listed under Epcot -so what am I missing??



and has anyone had this chicken sandwich and what did you think of it? Im a sucker for a good chicken sammie!

It seems to have closed mobile ordering for the day, which is interesting... it definitely had it available earlier today when I was checking out menu updates. We usually mobile order there and have never had an issue.

I actually really like that chicken sandwich! Tasted just like a ChickFilA sandwich to me, and I'm super picky about chicken.

After reading both these comments, I did some investigating.

I also thought Connections was missing because I've been browsing mobile ordering from the tip board - dining section. It doesn't show up there, but other restaurants you can mobile order from do, and you can click to start an order.

However, if you click the plus sign in the app and hit order food, and scroll all the way down to EPCOT, it is there and you can start an order. It's just missing from the tip board dining.

How strange. I wonder if there are any other restaurants missing from the tip board. That seemed like by far the easiest way to browse, so it's disappointing to find something missing.

OMG!! this comment makes me so happy!! I am also picky about chicken sandwiches and I am always leary about biting into it and getting something "wibbly"...

and who doesn't love a Chick-fil-a sandwich!!

thank you for this!!! I thought I was totally going crazy!! and mobile ordering is awesome so I couldn't understand why it listed it as an option but not on the tip board list..

Maybe Connections is so popular that Disney wants to guide people to other restaurants. Hiding it from the Tip Board is one way to do that.

Does anyone know why mobile ordering at Connections disappears after 6pm every single day? I have been looking since Connections opened and mobile ordering isn't an option after say 10AM for the 6-9PM period every day.

When I have remembered first thing at opening the 6-9pm period is available but give it an hour or two and it doesn't show anymore. I can understand this being the case for very busy times but not every single day.

We tried to mobile order at 6:05 last month, and couldn't. We had to go stand in line. I don't get it either, the lines were quite long, so it seems like mobile ordering would have served everyone better.

This may be a stupid question, but if you order via mobile order, can you get your food to-go? Every review I've seen so far shows real plates, etc. which don't really lend themselves to grabbing something to take back to my hotel room.

I mean, you could if you brought your own food containers? But it would be cold by the time you got back to your hotel room.

They also have a Nicoise at Primo Piatto(Riviera) quick service if you are looking for something easier to access outside of the parks.

The resort food courts have microwaves.
