I was going to cancel my Connections membership because other than the Disney meal vouchers it offered me nothing I'd use. They started offering me bribes to stay, and the 3rd offer caught my interest. They said I'd get a $25 prepaid gas card plus $60 back toward electric bill or groceries. Four times a year we'd need to mail receipts, and they'd send checks totaling $60. Has anyone done this?

I kept ours because of the 20% discount at KB Toys & Toys/Kids R Us... The next time we come up for renewal though, I'll probably go ahead & threaten to cancel... when I signed up, I did so through the website directly, so I never got any gift certificates or anything at that time, so I figure I'll be due at the end of our year... I'd go ahead & keep it, what have you got to lose if they're giving you all that?

I kept my Conections membership because I use the TRU/Blockbuster and Restaurant gift cards to save the 20%. When combined with coupons you can really save a bundle at TRU. I use the movie tickets and we go to Disney several times per year so the vouchers really come in handy.

There's nothing to lose IF I remember to send in grocery or electric receipts 4 times a year. I know myself well enough to know how likely it is that I wouldn't.

I kept my membership and have gotten the $25 gas card, $25 Walmart/Sam's card, and the $60 vouchers to send in. I wish you could purchase more than 10 restaurant certificates since some of the restaurants they offer are not in our area. No problems with billing or receiving credit for purchases. I would easily purchase more than 10 Outback certificates but I'm afraid they probably would not refund the $2--so what would be the savings!

Thanks for the heads up, it used to be video rental rebates that I never got around to doing.

I use them for the 20% back gift cards, for myself and for gifts.

I also buy the movie tix for $4.50, keep a bunch around the house for the 5 of us and they're great for teacher, GS leader gifts.

I have never had a problem with billing, even returned Sea World tix and got my credit timely. (crossing fingers now ;) )
