With the price increase do you think I am safe to order breakfast vouchers for CRT? We are not going until January and I would hate to order them if there is a good chance that it will be taken off the list of places they are good at. Thanks :)

I sure hope so!

I am buying some specifically to use in October. If CRT is on the back of the voucher and they don't expire until May 2003, I don't know why they wouldn't accept them.

I'll let you know when I return.

Thanks so much. I will go ahead and order them also. The thing that worried me was the "subject to change."

renzdr,

My Breakfast vouchers just arrived and CRT is listed on the back as well as the famous disclaimer "Restaurant locations, components and terms are subject to change without notice."

I'm hoping that means like when a restaurant closes for renovations or because of low usage. Hopefully this won't happen--but I guess we can never be 100% sure:rolleyes:

Good Luck to Both of us!

Kacey,
I was wondering if your expiration date is still May 2003--and did you notice if the Norway Princess breakfast is printed on the vouchers, yet? (When we went in Aug--they accepted the vouchers for the Norway breakfast with no problems, but it wasn't printed on the back-- I think because the breakfast is so new).

Kacey,

let us know. I'm going in March and I have two already, was planing on buying a few more prior to departure.

dcfromva,

The expiration date is still May 31, 2003 and the Norway Princess Breakfast is not listed on the back on the back yet--probably when they print the vouchers with the new expiration date. It's good to know they accepted them in August!

Hi All:

Our family are going to WDW for Thanksgiving and have three character breakfasts P/S'd waiting for CRT P/S booking window (60 days prior). We will be using the breakfast vouchers for all the adults and paying cash for the children (will ask server for separate bill for the kids). Anyhow, we are going the Norway's princess storybook breakfast, and planned to use the vouchers (will post to let you guys know if all went smoothly). By the way, character breakfast price for adults have increased to $16.99 ($20.73 after tax and gratuities) by the time we get there (so using the vouchers is a great idea).

How do you get refunded the $10 per adult and $5 per child prepayment that was charged to you when you made your PS for CRT if you use the vouchers when you get there?
Did that make sense?
I assume they just credit your charge card back at the restaurant but wasn't sure.

Bill

You are not charged for making the PS at character breakfast (at least when I made my PS, CM's did not ask for my credit card, only for Chef Mickey's). And anyhow, the credit card guaranty is only for no shows.

By the way, you have to use the Breakfast vouchers instead of the quick and casual.

When you book the PS, you tell the CM you are using a voucher. The CM will give you a # to fax the voucher. They'll take your CC info but will not charge the fee. ( If you don't show up for the breakfast then they'll charge it)

When does the price increase take affect? The new price will be 16.99? Is this for all character b-fasts or just CRT? Are other character meal prices increasing as well?

thanks,
Cheryl
