Connection time outs

Hey guys, It seems like everything I try to do on the boards lately is met with a "connection time out". Am I doing something wrong? I mean every thing I attempt to do, from searches, to posting, to editing, to user cp.

Just wondering if it's a glitch, or me.

By the way, sometimes when it times out, the post still posts.

No, it's not you, Robin. It seems the more people on the boards, the slower and more erratic they get. If you're on a dial-up connection, it will be even harder for you.

Check out Dan Murphy's reply on this thread. It may help you a bit.

Thanks Lisa, I guess I didn't look far enough...Dan's post helped a lot. I'm on broadband, and I'm not great at the waiting game... (hehe)

This must be a nightmare for Pete.
