I'm new around here (actually, this is my first post
), so this may have been asked a million times in the past, and I apologize. It also may need to go in the resorts section, so again, I apologize!
We're taking our first ever family trip to WDW Sept 5-12. We're staying at Pop Century, and it will be myself, DH, and two DDs, ages 3 and 1. My MIL will also be going, and we have booked two rooms. When I made the reservation, I asked for connecting rooms, because I really do anticipate oldest DD (3) wanting to sleep in her grandma's room and needing the possibility of going back and forth between our room and hers for comfort. My question is this: Is there anything else I can do to ensure we get connecting rooms, or do I just need to keep my fingers crossed? They said they'd note it as a request, but couldn't ensure we'd get them, and now I am nervous!!
