Connecting rooms at RPR

Just booked two connecting rooms at RPR with the APH rate of $144. Had a SMSM rate for a Deluxe Queen at HRH of $246. We had to drop a night to stay within our budget bur I figure we'll just do our day at Aquatica after we move offsite. Can anyone tell me where the connecting rooms are located or are they on each floor, each tower? Gonna miss staying at HRH and the extra night onsite but will definitely enjoy 2 bathrooms for the 5 of us lol and the extra room

Connecting rooms are all over the place. You should be able to request a tower.

Ha! That makes me feel a lot better about leaving the HRH (never stayed) to go back to the RPR (2008). I guess we can just leave the door open between the rooms so we still feel connected to the kids....at least when we want to lol! Glad to hear we got such a great rate. There aren't many room types left for APH either except at PBH

you got a great rate with the $144 base.

the only lower AP rates i have seen are the $129 and $139 for late sept early october.


i bet you are doing a happy dance over the money you are saving on the rooms now!

One more question, I called to make sure I added our connecting room preference on our reservation but forgot to ask if this is guaranteed or just a request. Does anyone know the answer or should I just call back and ask? I have seen that with AAA garden view that connecting is guaranteed but this is different with 2 Standards I know

It shouldn't be a problem when you are going. When AP rates are that low, they are expecting the hotels to not be at occupancy.

We have always gotten connecting rooms when we have requested them.

I would call again about a week before you go just to confirm.

it's guaranteed whenever a guest has small children.

many of the rooms have connecting doors in them.
even my king suite had a connecting door.


if you have the request of connecting rooms, it should be honored.

you did state connecting and not adjoining to the TM........

Yes, I did but after conferring with the kids and DH they all picked staying at the HRH....so we are keeping our Deluxe there thanks for the help peeps!
