I just heard that Randy Shane, Joanne Shane's husband, won the cruise today at WWTBAM.
Joanne got up to $64,000 before she got out, but Randy made it all the way up to the Million.
They always seem to get to the hot seat when they are in FL, I wish I was as smart as they are.

I saw them today at Soarin' and congratulated them. Randy said the cruise is for four people, but it is only one stateroom.

When I was at WDW this past weekend, a CM(whose spouse works at the attraction) told me that "WWTBAM-PI!" is supposed to close later this year, possibly sometime this summer.

Congratulations!!

I sure hope they don't decide to close the attraction. It is still a lot of fun and the two times I went this last weekend the shows were packed! I enjoy trying to get into the hot seat. Didn't make it this past time, but would like to be able to keep trying each time we go.

Congrats to Randy. I know another DISer who is at WDW this week who has missed the 1,000,000 question her last two times in the hot seat. Perhaps Randy's good fortune will rub off on Krista and we'll have TWO DISers win the cruise this month.
