Just finished reading the article in the Dis Sponsor Spotlight...

Congratulations Andy, and all your employees!

We know - from personal experience - how great a company you are

2 years ago, our first trip was with Mears..not so much so fun...waited *forever* to get the bus moving! LOL!

So second trip, we booked FLTours ...and we missed our middle-connecting flight, and couldn't get in touch with FLTours to let them know...we arrived 6 hours later...and after we called Andy from the arrival gate, our driver was waiting at Baggage for us, less than 15 minutes later

We found out later that Andy had called our housesitter, and DH's boss - at work, no less - to find out if we were ok.

Thanks again Andy!!! Toast to another 5 years!

i second that. we've used FL Tours a few times now, and will continue to do so in the future.
once ME starts charing next year, i'm sure more and more DISers will come to learn of Andy's charm.
