Confusion with making my ADR's / new system

This has probably been answered many times before, so I apologize in advance...I just booked our trip for April. Does anyone know when I will be able to make my dining ADR's with the changes to the system? I don't think I will be able to do it at the 180-day mark, so I'm I'm confused Also, will the new system be an online system only?

of any definitive answers yet. The best advice is to keep an eye out for news. For example the initial reports were that the 90 day rule would be in effect until October corresponding to a late January vacation, but just a couple of weeks ago the window was extended until Feb 22nd. It's possible the window will be extended again.
