Confusing Info from Safe Passage

We are a group of 5 and have 2 rooms with 2 reservation numbers. We each completed the Safe Passage info on Friday. Monday, I received and email from Safe Passage indicating to log on and see my status. It says "Clear to Arrive". No one else in my group has received their email yet and theirs' still indicated "Pending" But the email that I received says: "...If your reservation party has been cleared for port arrival..." Does this mean we all have been cleared? It also indicates under "status" for all 5 of us "clear". Can anyone clear things up for me?

Are you traveling with anyone under 12? I’m cleared, but didn’t get an email. I think it’s because my DS still needs to be tested.

Your party is not cleared to arrive until everyone's status is changed from "pending" to "clear." They do review them one by one--my husband's status changed to clear several hours before mine did.

All adults will have their own status in safe passage. Mine and my husbands cleared at the same time on all 3 cruises.

Each adult will need to show their QR code from safe passage to board the ship. Each adult will also get their covid test results on embarkation day in their own safe passage account.

I understand all of this but my point is the confusing wording Safe Passage uses.
Yes, I see what you mean. When they say “If your reservation party has been cleared” what they really mean is “If your ENTIRE reservation party has been cleared.”

Taking this thread to ask another question about Safe Passage to avoid having to create a whole new post.

We're traveling with 4 people (all adults) 12 days from now. Two of us have cruised before this year, so Safe Passage says we're good to go with our vaccination cards. For the other two, we created an account for each and uploaded their vaccination cards.

Today, I read some people on our cruise received an all clear from Safe Passage, so I went to check on ours. The two 'new' cruisers' status is 'not clear', and I thought it first said 'pending'. I checked for emails, missed calls, or left voice messages. Nothing from Safe Passage.

Do I remember it wrong, has it always been 'not clear' until it has been approved? If not, has anyone else had a 'not clear' before?
I'm trying not to worry; there is time and I can call them Monday.
I'm also trying to tell myself that if it's not approved Safe Passage would contact me. Has anyone been contacted by Safe Passage?

We leave in 12 days also. My Safe Passage said "pending" but just changed to "clear to arrive" with a check mark inside a green circle.

Update on my own previous post:

When your status says 'not clear' something is wrong.
Two people in our party got a 'not clear' status, but Safe Passage only left a comment on one person's account (which of course wasn't the one I checked first, and you have to search for it, it doesn't just.pop up). The comment was there when I wanted to add a document and clearly stated the problem. I fixed it, and now it's back to pending.

Note: they are international travelers, so it wasn't as easy as uploading a CDC card.
Also, when we added the documents, there were now extra questions, one regarding if they will come into the country within 5 days of the cruise.

We are going to be creating our accounts in a few days....i know all adults need a seperate account, but what about minors? Can I add my son to my account or do I make one just for him?

Your son should be on your account.
