We are staying at POP this coming April and not sure when I should do my requests. We are planning on staying in a standard room. I would like the back side of the 60's Building on the fourth floor. When do I request this at the time I make my reservations (with AAA) or when I check in. Thanks!!

With your Travel Agent when you make reservations. I'd also suggest mentioning it when you check in.

Both. Have the requests added to your reservation and then when you check in let the CM know that you had made requests and ask if they've been honored.
