Hi guys
Booked my flights last November on Virgins Glasgow to Orlando service for this September.
Was told at the time of booking i would be able to choose our seats free of charge 90 days ahead.
Then in December i read Virgin were going to start charging to book seats like BA do and could reserve them 180 days ahead.
Called Virgin and they said as i booked before the charging was announced i would not have to pay and would be able to book 180 days ahead.
Called them then only to get told thats been revised and i should be able to book now 90 days ahead and once again told should be no charge.
every time i call them i seem to get a different date when i can reserve seats , anyone up to date with what is the "new" system they operate?
I be totally confused but don't want our party of 3 split if possible though not too happy if that means having to pay £150 for the priviliage.
Cheers.
