confused- what restaurant do you suggest for lunch

Well, you'll have a great lunch, but it will take 2 hours. You could speed things up by looking at the menu before going in, and ordering when the server asks what drinks you want. And when you're almost done eating, ask for the check and take care of that, because sometimes, it takes them a while to process the credit card. Always seems like the computers have problems. I wub Mythos, but one time we got someone elses check that was similar to ours, and another time it took them 15 minutes before they could process my card. Just stay one step ahead of them in terms of ordering and asking for the check.

When you walk out of there, you'll feel like you went to a movie. It's the music that makes the differance. Ask for the window seat up front and you can watch Hulk. Ask the first person you meet at the front of the restaurant, before they assign you a table. If you don't ask, you may end up away from the window.

What are the opening hours for Mythos? We're trying to decide whether to skip breakfast and have an early lunch, or skip lunch and have an early dinner (if it'a open).

Mythos has opened at 11AM every time I've been there. But that has always been during the "off-season". You can check with Customer Service as soon as you arrive at the parks and they'll let you know the opening time.

Last trip I was in and out for lunch in about 45 minutes.

SINCE I LIVE IN BALTIMORE, MD AND HAVE A HARD ROCK CAFE RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER (THEREFORE IT'S NOT A NOVELITY) I ALWAYS HAVE LUNCH AT MARGARITAVILLE. NOT ONLY ARE THE DRINKS GREAT BUT IF YOUR A JIMMY BUFFETT FAN IT CAN'T BE BEAT. THEY PLAY HIS MUSIC ALL DAY. TRY A CHEESEBURGER IN PARADISE!

Another vote for Margaritaville. The food is terrific and you'll have a great time (especially if you're there for the volcano eruption!). If you don't want to leave the park, my vote would be for Mythos. Yum...
