Hi everyone

Just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat for park hours and ADRs. Last year found the whole process pretty straightforward and managed to get all but one of the ADRs we wanted. However, this year we are going 24 Sep - 8 October. Looking at the information on here and on other websites, because we will be there over Sep and Oct, we will need to wait until the park hours come out for October to really be able to plan the two weeks we are there

What's the best way to handle ADRs in this situation? Ideally I would like to book them all in one go so that I have a plan for the full trip, but don't want to risk losing out on the more popular places. To make matters worse I'm trying for Le Cellier this year :rotfl:

Hope this makes sense, any advice is appreciated!

First off are you staying onsite and intitled to EMH's? This can help in your planning. If you are look at the days that each park has EMH's they usually don't bounce around that much especially for the evening ones. Example: MK is usually on a Sunday night and Epcots is usually on a Friday night. Given the time you are going you might have MNSHP to deal with. Call and find out what would happen if you are in the park when it closes at 7 but have a 7:30 ADR...are you required to have a ticket to MNSHP? I believe either mousesaver.com or allears.net might have the potential dates for '11 MNSHP or it might be on touringplans.com.

For me I never have an issue as we eat dinner early. The only park that would be an issue in AK and we have no interest in eating at those resturants over the other parks dinning options. My stratagy is to book dinner in the parks that historically have EMH for that night. Even if we don't have dinning we plan our park days the same way. Be in the park with the EMH!

You cannot eat in the park on a hard-ticket party night unless you have a ticket. You cannot make a reservation during the party hours 7-12 without a ticket (in response to the PP).

For Le Cellier, it might not be as hard as you think now that it is becoming signature and 2 TS credits for dinner. Only time will tell.

Going at the end of one month/beginning of another can always be problematic, IMO, if you want to use the 180+10 booking (or even 180). You can look @ previous years schedules and make a best guess, then try to change if things don't line up the way you want.

You won`t be able to book ADRs until the end of March anyway so the schedule should be out by then. You are only allowed to book 180 days prior.

This happend to a friend of mine during MVMCP and they allowed her to attend her meal. Since it was a mistake on Disney's part allowing her to book the dinning for 8 pm they not only allowed her to have her ADR but also comped her tickets for the 4 of them. As I said I wasn't sure if it was allowed or not and that OP should check. I just suggested it to allow OP the maximum time in the parks without the 1.5 hrs it sometimes takes to do a TS in the park. I wasn't sugesting that she try to get something she didn't deserve just that she should check to see what Disney's policy on that is. I've never seen Cast Members kick out guest at a Hard ticket event mind you I've only been to one(and we had tickets;)). Been to plenty of EMH and know that you have to show your KTTWK in order to go on rides. But they don't sheppard those who are not on-site guests out the turnstiles.
