Confused on forms for HappyLimo...?

Hello!

I'm booking a towncar for my family's trip and I'm confused by some of the stuff on the form. Could someone who has filled it out help me?

*From : Is this from the aiport we are taking off?
*Origin: Is this Orlando International where we are landing?
*Destination: Is this the hotel we are staying at ?
*Charter: I assume we choose NO because we are just going from airport to hotel and back on the return day
*Hours Needed: this confuses me a lot if the above tells how much you need them for?

Then on Departure:

Departing From: would this be Pop Century
Destination: Orlando International Airport ?
Pickup Hotel : isnt this the same as DEPARTING FROM?


Sorry if these are stupid questions, lol, I just don't want to fill in the wrong info for my parents.

Hello!

We use Happy Limo a lot, and it looks like you have the right idea on the entries. Say no to the charter, and you don't need to put in the hours. They want to know your origin because they keep an eye on the flights in case yours is running late or early (we once were REALLY late and got in at 2 a.m. and they were waiting for us). And they need to know your arrival airport because some people come into Sanford. Don't forget to get the coupon rate.

We used Happy for our trip from MCO to MK/Wonder/Universal/back to MCO (two separate times back to MCO) last month. We had a lot of legs to schedule, so I called and made the reservations by phone. They emailed all of the confirmations to me. Each leg of the trip was a separate reservation. I liked being able to discuss the arrangements with them by phone. We had to make a few time changes a few weeks before the trip, and I did the revisions by email. Everything worked out fine. Good luck!
