So I call up to add the Water park and more option to our reservation we had since 3/15 which our cost is 3267.76
I was told it would put my package at
3443.50
Now when I do it online even with the new updated prices on 6/3 it says 3430.72.
I said please explain the difference because online it says it will only add 70.00 onto the cost of the ticket.
CM says well my supervisor says to go to the park the day you check in and dispute it with them at each park.
Then she tells me to look up ticket prices and she comes up with 200.00 more than I do when I price it out, but for me to cancel my whole trip and to rebook it if I am now getting a better price online then what she can give me!
OMG I have never ever been spoken to in that manner.

She came back on the line when I asked for a supervisor and apologized for her and her supervisor's tone before!
She then told me the difference was only 70.00 like i originally said!
Plus she put in my reservation for the inconvenience to place us in the building with water views for the problems Disneys computer is giving them.
