Confused by linked ADRs

I had an ADR for Skipper's Canteen at 7:30 on 8/22, but then we decided to go to the Fireworks Dessert Party instead. My dessert party reservation isn't showing up on MDE, but I can link it by the reservation number and it shows up as an ADR for 7:30 at Tomorrowland Terrace. Is this correct? Also... I have canceled the ADR at Skipper's but it's not showing up on MDE as canceled. Should I try and cancel it again, or will this make things worse?

As far as a canceled reservation still showing up on your MDE, that is normal. Mine sometimes shows up right away, and other times it takes hours for the change to show up on your MDE. You should get a confirmation email of your new and cancelled reservation.

Usually I see cancelled reservations disappear right away on the website, but on the app they hang around for quite some time.
