Confused by Disney Deluxe villa resort percentage offers

Last year I booked to go to Old Key West with the 42% off offer.

I have just received an email stating an offer of 58% off Deluxe villa resorts. When I click on the link it takes me to the disneyworld.co.uk website. There the offer states "48% off" in bold letters, with the small print stating 58% off!

Trying to work this out I priced up a night in July, £171, and compared this to a night in September when the offer was on, £100. By my maths thats 42% off, not 48% or 58%

What should the offer be?

The offer is (seemingly) £100 p/n for a studio at SSR/OKW

I think it relates to different dates, last August we booked OKW at £91/night when the offer was 42%. From Oct the price increased to £100/night which is the price we have paid for this August. From Oct the the price rises to £110/night. Been following the prices a while they seem to increase every Oct.
With the price paid rising but the % discount increasing along with it I can only assume the rack rate has risen considerably to give higher % discounts for advertising purposes.

If you go through this link (http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdwi/en_GB/), the offer is still on for £100/night studios at OKW. Just checked for our dates 2-14 August - not sure if all date available.

Yesterday there was an advert/offer page explaining ther offers T&C's, cant see it now. The offer should be valid to book upto August subject to availability. Can't rember dates without the ad, something like 1st August~18th Nov.
Yesterday myself and burt searched for SSR and OKW for his dates in August, studio and 2 bed villa not available, only 1 bed & treehouses. OKW studio, 1 bed & 2 bed still available.
