Confused- BW Park Place vs. Stovall's Inn

When I go to the Park Place Inn website there is a link on the bottom left for two other hotels. When I click on Stovall's it says that is the closest hotel to Disneyland. Is it the same hotel as Park Place Inn? It just is weird because when I try to make the reservation (just for curiosity) for Park Place, it then says Stovall's Best Western.

Park Place in is the closest for walking to the park entrance. One hotel is on Katella (Stovall's) and the other is on Harbor (Park Place Inn).

Are they all considered Stovall's though? It just seems weird that when I'm on the Park Place site under reservations that it says Stovall's. I just want to make sure I'm getting the right one! I'm giving up my quest for an indoor corridor room for the proximity this one offers.

then yes, you will be at Park Place Inn and Mini Suites. I have used this website to book rooms many times.

From what I can tell they call one, Stovall's Best Western Park Place Inn and Mini Suites, and the other is named Stovall's Best Western. Rather confusing IMO.
