TGM has lots of info on his site, and it can definitely seem overwhelming until you figure out how to navigate through everything. He does provide charts that show which park on which day, for AM and PM touring seperately, generally saying to be out of a specific park by a specific time if it is not great for the entire day. He also provides lots of sample tour ideas for different situations, like young kids, adults only, and lots of other options. Using his advice on touring, my DD was able to ride Triceratop Spin at AK 4 times in a row without getting off. It would have been more, but the ride went down for about 15 mins on what would have been the 5th time. It also let DH and I ride Primeval Whirl without any wait, switching off on who was riding with DD on TSpin. We also had lots of luck using it at MK, with virtually no wait for any Fantasyland ride. But, I had to use his info and tips to design my own itenerary, picking and choosing what applied to us. He does not give you a sheet that says to be at a specific ride at a specific time, although he does give advice on the best time of day to ride each ride. I would make sure to go through the AVP Overview, and then, depending on when your trip is planned, the Express Planner for your specific month.
