Confused about room choices Portofino - is there a difference between plain concierge and butler roo

I read that they have concierge rooms and then they have butler rooms - are these the same or can you get regular concierge with all the "extra food" without getting a butler room?

There are no concierge level rooms at Portofino, just Butler Villa rooms. The Villa rooms (concierge) were discontinued last April.
