Confused about Linking for Fastpass+

I did some searching in this thread and I can't seem to find my answer. So here goes:

I'm about 1 month out from making Fastpass+ reservations and I want to make sure everything is set and ready to go. Normally we are just 4 adults traveling but this year it's the "big" family trip. 6 Adults (1: Myself/Fiance' 2: Mom/Dad 3: Sister/Bro-in-Law)

3 rooms: Park hoppers / MNSSHP Tickets / Dining plan for each room/couple

Mom, Sis, and I have MDE accounts. When Sis and I log into our accounts on thru the website we only see select information. Today my sister can see my plans/tickets, her husbands, our fathers, partial stuff on my Fiance' and our mom. Why is that and what are we doing wrong? When I look it's the same way, partial stuff on random people.

Can anyone help? Should I just call Disney? It's been a nightmare trying to coordinate 3 MDE accounts.

You will see partial stuff unless everyone is linked as family and friends who can share info and view photos. Everyone who has an MDE account has to share with everyone else who has an MDE account. And each person with an MDE account has to share their friends list. You will know if you have it right when you can see everyone's tickets.

You also have to be careful that you are using the actual MDE for everyone rather than creating a new profile for them. It is complicated to set it all up for multiple families. We just traveled with people in four rooms and had a combined total of seven MDE accounts. It was tricky but we got it to work.

You might want to call tech support. They are very helpful.

I just had this issue today. When I tried to go in and and see what I could set before hand (my Fastpass day is Monday), it only lists me. When I go to MDE, I can see we all have tickets, but the fastpass set up tells me they aren't linked. When I try, it tells me something about my account already existing. I called Disney tech support today and was told that they will show up on Monday when my time opens up. I really hope she is correct. I feel like this should be something I can do ahead of time, but apparently not. I am worried.

Thank you all for the advice. I think I might call tech support this weekend and figure out what is going on.

Tech support is right. Since you can see everyone's tickets then you should be able to make fastpasses for everyone when your window opens up.
