I tried to find out what this show is going to be like and am more confused then ever. It says that there are 2 different areas in the park you can see it from. Will we be sitting in a stadium? Where is the show actually going to be shown? Is it a show like the lion king? I booked it with a Tusker House reservation but not sure I will keep it. Booked it for 8/31, so I am guessing Disney doesn't think that ROL (which is what we really wanted to see) is going to be operable by then. Thanks for any insight.

I understand it is a temporary projection & light show overlay using some of the presently functioning ROL projection equipment and effects. I also read that the 2 different areas are simply 2 separate entrances into the new built stadium. One entrance for FP+ and another entrance for dinner pkgs plus standby. If I'm wrong and someone has much more updated info, pls post below b/c I would be happy to know as well. :-)

nobody knows, if you booked after the 28th, you can still cancel it once people start to report what the show was. there is also a rumor that there might actually be a 27th show but someone said the performers schedule had a night off after a week of rehearsals...

i'll be back on the 28th to say what I thought (probably posting from the park after the first show). I did the dinner package just because I want to eat at tiffins and I do plan to see the show so why not get a good seat before I'm influenced by reports of both tiffins and the show :) It's the first time I can actually do both a restaurant and a new show with absolutely no prior opinions in my way of seeing it.

I LOVE @Robo 's maps, but it is my belief (at least I think) that in order to make the map, someone has to attend the show first....
Maybe we could ask Disney to allow @Robo pre show rehearsal access in order to help out all Disers in the future! Ha!
