I just switched my trip dates to 2/10-2/13 and am totally puzzled by the strange park hours on the dlr website.

Sun: 9-11 (instead of traditional 8-12)
Mon: 9-10 (instead of traditional 10-8) They even have RDTC showing on a Monday???

Am I missing something? Is there some holiday I am unaware of?

I thought the only holiday in February was President's Day Weekend and that isn't until the 16-18 of February.

Many local schools have off two Mondays in a row. One for Washington's Bday and one for President's day. Before DD went to college, that was what she always had off. Different parts of the country have different days off. So I think it is a three day weekend for a lot of So Cal people. We are going Feb 8-10 ourselves:goodvibes Staying at DLH. Maybe we will see you, if not, for sure we will hook up at the Girls Only celebration;)

Thanks lulu, but now you have me worried that it will be a busy Sun/Mon in the parks. Strange that they reduce the hours on Sun, but increase them on Monday. :confused3 At least I know it's not a cheerleader convention weeekend. :thumbsup2

Ah man Dangermouse, are you changing your dates so you dont' have to see me at the Hotel? :rotfl:
That's a bummer!

Actually, I was in the process of canceling my March trip altogether because I couldn't find affordable flights for my dd and me. But a friend who is going in February and is driving asked if we wanted to tag along with them. I couldn't refuse a free ride to DLR! :goodvibes

Well in that case...I certainly can't blame you. I hope you both have a great trip. :cool1:
