confused about codes

Hi all
I'm really confused....i booked a package thru disney reservations i had a code attached to my name , I had been on the website and saved a package ,when i spoke to the castmember the quote she gave me was the same as what I worked up online but she insisted I was saving alot of money .Can anyone explain to me what is it i need to do to get a savings I supposedly had a 40% off the room which was applied to the whole package .we booked it anyway and hopefully will get a better rate this trip .

First, be certain that you are comparing apples to apples. Same resort, same level (preferred or non-preferred), same days, same dining plan, same tickets (MYW, Plus Water, Plus Hopper, etc.)

Then if all is the same ask to speak to a supervisor.

everything was exact same resort, tickets, plane, everything, if this happens again i will speak to a superviserThanks
