I've seen a post or 2 from people who have booked their 2008 WDW trips, but I can't find 2008 Disney hotel rates anywhere on the official site. Do I need to call Disney for rates or?
DFi and I want to stay at POP for 6 nights in early August 2008 (Value Season).
TIA!!

From what I've read on here and other sites, it should cost you $82 per night plus taxes.

I've been pricing stays at different resorts on the official site today. I don't know why it is not letting you! I just put in the dates and it gives me a quote! :confused3

I'm having the same problem. I got all excited when I saw people booking things, and then I wasnt' able to pull up the rates for my dates (May and June 2008).

Disney rep told me the Web site won't be updated and ready to go for 2008 until a couple more days.

You can call now or wait and do it online in a couple of days.

when I logged on here this morning, some lovely person had listed all the pricing for all the seasons, for all resort levels...not sure where that thread went...maybe it was a no no?

anyway, i called right away this morning for our stay at pop for jan 23-30 value season, and had my CAA/AAA discount applied. The regular room rate for Standard room during value season was $82...no extra during our weekend stay like there is for other times. ...I was able to get a 20% discount on my room only rate for CAA....

7 nights room only rate came to $516.60 with the discount applied, and after taxes...

I hope this can help you.

Yay! I will have DH call for our May reservation tomorrow!

I was able to access it earlier. Since different nights are different prices now, you have to put your dates in at the side and enter and then wait for the reservations page to pop up. It should list each night that you are staying and the price for the coordinating night.

I looked at CBR.
Standard Room

July 19 $189
July20-24 $179
July 25 $189

July 19 and 25 are Saturday and Sunday nights respectively.

Hope this helps.

Can you please tell me what site you went to get pricing info? My DD would like to go to Pop in August and I'd like to send along the site for her to access. Thanks.

Are the higher weekend rates just for peak seasons? When I got a quote for late August, it showed the same rate for all nights; I was checking POP and POR.

Never mind....just answered my own question by looking at the rates on Mousesavers. BTW, glad to see that the values did not go up at all for value season and mods only increased $4!

I found the problem. It depends on which "landing page" you're on for Disney Reservations. If you go from the main site, and then hit the "travel" tab, you can't get in that way. But if you do a google search for "disney reservations" you'll see the landing page where it will allow you to check 08 dates.

Good luck!

I'm confused at something. When I go to Disney's reservation site and click on POR (or any resort for that matter) the rates for 2007 and 2008 are the same. Now I know that can't be right.

I'm also confused at this new weekend rate thing. We're looking at going October 22 - November 2, 2008 with 8 day Park Hopper tix and the DDP (not the deluxe dining). When I put everything in, it doesn't break it down per night. However, it does break it down when I enter in DH's resort only dates for his conference of October 18-22, 2008.

For POR from 10/18-10/22-08 (room only) I was quoted $733 for standard and $833 for water/pool view.

For 10/22-11/2/08 (standard room including everything mentioned above) I was quoted online $3802.47

Does that sound right? I'm assuming that there is no rate change for Halloween since MNSSHP is a separate ticketed event.

Someone help me figure this out :headache:. Thanks.
