Conformation

I've been waiting ever since Aug. for our conformation to be mailed, since then I've called twice and still haven't received it. They told me it could be 10 to 14 days before I'd would receive it. Has anyone else had this problem. Tomorrow I'm going to call see if they can fax it to me. I just would feel more comfortable if I had it in my hands before we leave in 1 week.

this is strange...every single time i call to make sure my ressie is ok, they send me a new confirmation, ive been send 3 already, and 1 for my parents reservation...

I've always received one as well. The only time I didn't was when I made a change like three days before leaving. and it was here when we returned.

Maybe call and confirm again and make sure they have your correct address? Though with only 7 days to go you may miss receiving it like I did!

That happened to us once as well. Just make sure you have your confirmation number with you when you check in. We've never had to use it but always have it with us.

I've had the same problem with my reservations for my December trip. I originally booked 5 nights at the WL. Then I purchased airfare and changed the reservation for 3 nights at POP and 3 nights at WL. I've received three different mailings for the WL reservation but nothing for POP. I've called back twice and they always find the POP reservation and note that my deposit has been credited, but even with repeated requests to send a hardcopy, I've never received one. I'm not going to worry about it since I do have the reservation number and it appears to be in the system correctly.

I posted a thread about this earlier in the month. We leave tomorrow. We booked at the end of August. I requested confirmations 3 different times and still have not gotten a single one. I am just going with my confirmation number in hand.

Yup...happened to me too. I booked WL at the end of August also and waited 3 weeks before calling them. They said sorry, must have been the hurricane, and they will resend one to me. Another almost 3 weeks goes by and I called again. They apologized again and said they would send out another confirmation but reassured me that I did not need the confirmation in hand. Well, I finally received the confirmation in the mail 3 days after that 2nd call.

I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and now I know...

I think it's like the postcards and emails -- some get them regularly; some occasionally; and some of us NEVER get them!!

I called again this morning and had them fax it to me at work. The fax came in less than 15 mins. Now I can rest a little easier with that fax in my hand when I check in. I wanted something that said the days were staying and the hotel price. It's very interesting how others had the same problem for the same time period.
