I apologize. I did assume that you do not have damaged saliva glands. What I am saying is, many with this condition could not do without water long enough even to stand in a security line without it, and the proceed to a place that was selling it. They must have access to water, literally, constantly. I don't think you were being argumentative, I just did not get the impression that you truly understood the time frame that some cannot be without water.
apology accepted....

I do understand it, my mom suffered from lung cancer for 9 years prior to it taking her over completely (in and out of remission at least 4 times). I know the water deal, but in all honesty, she was able to stand on a line (when she could stand literally) without water in her mouth. Disney does have bottles for sale as soon as you walk thru their turnstiles. The MK has the store over to the left, EPCOT has the water fountains basically as soon as you enter & I think they may have a stand just after you go thru the bag checks. DHS has the area just after the turnstiles to the right & AK has it to the left.. trust me, I scope out where there is water in the event I leave mine behind. I always have water with me. That and bathrooms since I consume so much water.. it sort of goes right thru me..

Again, this is not going to matter since Disney does allow the water bottles.
