I have a confirmed reservation at the BWV, preferred view studio, 4/13 to 4/21. Looking for $11.00 a pt.

We are new to this and are looking to plan our first trip to Disney. The points calculator is under repair but the point chart indicates that 181 points are needed. Is that correct? So the cost would be 181x$11? Are there additional taxes and fees upon check-in? Is your offer flexible - would you take less than $11/pt? Thank you.

This is 6 weekdays and 2 weekend days. The 6 weekdays require 114 pts and the 2 weekend days require 86. So the total is 200 pts. This is a preferred view studio. No tax or other changes. This is a preferred view studio.
