Confirmed BCV 2 Bdrm Oct 20-23

I have a confirmed 2 bedroom BCV Oct 20-23 that I was going to cancel before the end of the month. We are going in March instead. I know that this is a hard reservation to get during the Food & Wine Festival. It is 186 points but I only want to rent of my own 44 points for $10 each. The rest I am going to bank into next year. Any takers on the points or the reservation?
