Confirmations and Paperwork

Now that my trip is paid in full to the Disney Company, what happens now? Will I receive some sort of package of information and confirmations closer to my trip? Will there be some sort of paperwork or package of information about my reservations? I was told back in August of 2003 that I would receive something like that.

Could someone who has booked through CRO fill me in on the details? Like if and when I should expect it?

I would appreciate any help on this.

I don't really know the answer to this question but I don't think you get anything. I don't remember getting a new confirmation when my balance was paid in advance. I do remember asking once if they would send me one so I could see that it was paid.

I've only been to the World twice, but both times I paid off my balance prior to arriving and both times I recieved a letter in a blue and white envelop showing a zero balance. Hope that helps

You should get a package a few weeks before your vacation that will include details on anything you purchased through CRO. You'll get a rundown of the trip (including air info if you booked it through them). It'll give package breakdown, along with any bonuses you get - including luggage tags, 1 per person. You'd also get any Mears vouchers if that was a part of the package.

Oh, maybe you get this when booked thru WDTC who handles packages and air. Now, I'll have to pay attention to see if CRO will send me info when balance is paid on room only ressie.

Thanks for all the replies. I guess it is a wait and see type thing. I am assuming I will be alright as long as I take the paperwork that I received saying paid in full. I booked a package and a room only, so two confirmation/reservation numbers.

I booked thru WDTC and it was my impression that I would receive some sort of package after the balance was paid (which will be end of Sept.). I purchased the DM pkg./CBR, so I'm assuming a new confirmation (w/ $0 balance) and the extras (luggage tags, etc.) will be sent within that 45 day period before our arrival.
