Confirmation of these restaurants on dining plan?

Can anyone confirm that the following restaurants are now on the dining plan? The Disney website is saying that they are, but before I book them, I want to make sure since we are on the dining plan. Thanks!

D Luxe Burger (quick service)
Blase pizza (quick service)
Frontera Cocina (1 table service credit)
Chef Art Smith's Homecoming (1 table service credit)

If Disney says they are why don't you believe them? Just curious.

I was refused from D Luxe burger, only to find out the dining plan was in fact accepted. Sometimes the staff aren't up to date on official rules I guess. Things are constantly evolving and changing these days.

Things don't fall off of the Dining Plan brochure that easily. I do agree there are training issues. I would have grabbed a supervisor, whipped out my smart phone and showed them the Disney site brochure. D Luxe is a favorite here too.
