Confirmation Letter

Hi guys-

I made a room only ressie back on Feb 20th and I have not received a confirmation letter yet. Should I be concerned? Do they still do that for a room only ressie?

I made a reservation with credit card deposit on Feb 1. I received an email confirmation a couple of days later, but never anything in the regular mail. I cancelled that room only ressie last Wed. and made a new room only ressie. I have not received anything in the email, and yesterday(less than a week) received a confirmation in the regular mail. So I don't know what the standard practice is.

I did receive a small welcome to the resort packet from my 1st ressie(now cancelled) in the mail today. LOL

I moved to a different resort (upgraded) when the AP rates came out - I received a cancellation for the first and a new reservation confirmation for the new hotel. You might want to call if you haven't received anything.

I would call. I made changes to my ressie last week and have already received a new confirmation letter.

I never got first letter either which has happened to me before. I was able to pull up ressie online though.

Same for me, I received two envelopes in the mail yesterday. One saying Cancelled per Guest call on the old Rez and a seperate confirmation for the new one.

I use this paper when I check in (I show the CM.. so it's easier for them to key in the res# or whatever)

I'd rather call and verify my reservation than waiting and finding out you don't have a room when you get there.

I made our ressie in early March, then called back the net day to pay and the CM had to make a new ressie, becaue they still had our old address in the pc. I receieved BOTH the ressie letters last week. (They had sent one to our old addy and our new one.)

I know I was able to see mine the afternoon I did the rate change.
