Confirmation letter?

Hi Everyone
Just wondering when I should receive a confirmation letter for a reservation I made on Jan.9th for June? I think MS said 7 days or so but was that business days ? I know I just have to be patient but I just can't wait for our first trip home

call them back - make sure that they have all the right information on file from you.

then just ask for another copy.

I have not received mine for our December trip either, so I will be calling back too!

I haven't received mine yet for Dec 3-11 either. I just called and had them mail me a duplicate.

and made changes to it on 1/9 (added a night). Will I receive another letter confirming the changes? I was thinking I would, but I really can't remember if MS indicated it would be sent out.

I find it interesting that we called on the same day and haven't received our letters. I'll call MS in the morning.

Yes, you should receive another confirmation if you make changes to a reservation. It sometimes takes a couple weeks for us to get ours in the mail. A couple times they hadn't arrived at 4 weeks so I called and received one within the week. I bet this time of year they are exceptionally busy with all the December reservations being made. I would give them at least 2 weeks before calling.

I have not received my confirmation for a reservation completed on January 12. I figured I would give it until next Monday before I called.

I haven't rec'd mine yet either and i completed mine on the 13th. Glad to know i'm not the only one.

I haven't received ours yet for a trip I completed on 1/9. I was getting a little nervous but I'm glad to see this isn't uncommon at this point.

I received my confirmation letter today so hopefully everyone else thats waiting for one with get theirs soon too. Thanks for everyones help

Add me to the list. I completed my Dec 2004 ressie on Jan 12; MS knew I'd added the final days and said that a Confirmation would be in the mail. Haven't received it yet.

It's possible that, what with dues statements, SSR membership cards and a lot of Dec 2K4 ressies, MS is a little behind on their mailing. That said, I'm calling Monday - I didn't to a day.by.day ressie just to lose it to an Oops!

See as soon as you say something.... I got mine today too! It was postmarked Jan 20 (Tuesday) so they must have been backlogged, that was over a week after I completed the res.

I made a ressie on Jan.9th and just received the letter today. The postmark from FLA was dated Jan.20th. So certainly not the PO. I guess MS must of been backed up.
