If you don't get it within 24 hours, call back and get them to check the email it was sent to. I didn't get mine for my upcoming trip and they sent it to a misspelled email address (even though my right one was in the computer).
Sometimes you have to request it a couple of times! But you can always get a copy of it with your confirmation number at the http://www.disneyworld.com site.
