Confirmation Email

I just received the confirmation email from WDW for a reservation I made last night. It doesn't list my 2 kids This is the first time I received a confirmation via email. In the past I always received them by snail mail. Shouldn't all guests on the reservation appear on the confirmation email?

I believe they should. In fact, on my confirmation it didn't list my husband but me 2x. I called right away and they had to back out that reservation and issue a new one. Couldn't just change names.
You may want to call on this.

I would call them back. I got my email confirmations this weekend and my children were listed.

my 3 kids are on our email confirmation too. I would call and make sure its strait before you get there~

I called back and the CM I spoke with said it must have been a oversight. She was very nice and verified my kids names, modified the reservation and said I should receive an updated confirmation email soon. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

There was an error in the departure date on mine. I called and they nicely fixed things up for me. They promised a new e-mail confirmation, but I didn't see anything until I got one from the snail-mail department.

If it's a package, contact them back immediately to correct the problem. If you have a room-only reservation with no tickets, dining etc., don't worry about it.
