I blew it and ate a whole 9 inch pizza by myself.. Whenever hubby goes away on a trip I always go and get an anchovy pizza and eat it ....HE HATES THE SMELL.......anyways I ate it and do not dare to test Blood Sugar tonight....oh well ......tomorrow is another day

Thats right pumba! I have been trying to get back on my healthy program. Well I blew it Monday, did much better today but still ate too much. So tommorrow I'll do even better. You cant change the past but you can learn from it & change what you do in the future.

I have learned a good lesson.....I feel like someone gave me garbage .....just took an acid reducer and a few rolaids.......I did test horrible and it scared me to death...211.......YIKEs
