conferences

i hate conferences. last night was parent-teacher conferences night.

my stepdad went and came home saying i had 1 f, 4 d's and a c in GYM.

i really have 1 c, 1 b, and 4 a's (one of them being gym).

turns out the teachers were so frantic they all misinformed/confused/read the wrong line to my stepdad. my mom was so mad at me she was going to send me back to the 9th grade (im in tenth)

My parents can read my grades on our school website. We have a username and password and we can check..everyday.

I've had straight A's for 5 quarters. (5th grade last quarter I had a B)

and no Im not lieing.

Like Alyssa we have our school website with our name and password that we can look at.
I always go on there.
Even when we had conferences my mom never went because she knew I had all As....except for Math. ;]

there is one at the very beginning of the year, before our grades drop to the scary level.after that, no more. We have a website (k12planet) where everyone can check their grades.

I think we have conferences twice a year. Maybe it's just once a year, halfway through the first semester. I dunno.

We also have the online system (InfiniteCampus here). It's really useful, for me.

my mom like doesn't do confrences anymore, I give her the sheet to fill it out for who she wants a confrence with and she doesn't fill it out and think's I'm doing well. which I am.

i dont know why we still have conferences, because we have a site where we can check our grades, too. i think its through infinate campus

My parent force me to go to confrences with them and there ussually happy about what they hear like right now i have 6 A's and 1 B+ so my parents are not made at my grade i just got to get my rough draft done for writing this weekend but i like only have 2 more sentences and i'm just slower which is fine with the teacher all she care about is that she gets it sometime so i'm ok there
