conf;icting reportd from CRO

02 CROS told me ok for entrance to MVMCP at Tony's, howver one was insistant the the only restaurant ot get into with out using a park ticket is LTT.. Anyone have any definitive answers or maybe someone I could call thanks

I would call guest relations at MK. They should be able to tell you since they are actually in the park. I have found guest relations at the parks to be more reliable than CRO. The number to MK guest relations is 407-824-4521 I think. If its not right (I cant be sure without dialing it and I dont have a phone around) call 407-wdw-info and ask to be connected to MK guest relations. Last year the policy was with a MVMCP ticket you could get in at 4 pm.
