Has anyone stayed in in this condo? I submitted my dates on the windsor hills.net site and received an email back with a quote. I can't seem to find any reviews or any other internet presence other than their own site. Any suggestions on how to verify that this condo actually exists and belongs to the person I may be paying?

You can search the Osceola Property records http://ira.property-appraiser.org/MobilePropertySearch/ this should tell you who owns the property.

Ask who the property management company is and see if they list it on their site with any reviews. Also, do a search on the street address just to make sure it's not up for sale
