Condo style accomodations near Winter Park

Does anyone know of a vacation time share type place (looking for a 3 bedroom) up in the Winter Park area? We would only be staying 3 or 4 nights, I would like to avoid an out and out vacation rental house if I could.

I'm pretty sure that short term rentals are not allowed in Orange County. You would have to stay at a hotel/resort.
