Considering a last minute trip next month for a week. Looking for a condo resort that's great for relaxation and has water features/slides good for a 2.5 year old. Planning to spend 4 days in the parks and 4 days around the resort. Hoping to stay in a budget of $150/night or less for a 1 or 2 bedroom unit.

Bonnet Creek looks good. Where else?

Following - looking for the same for next April.

Also can't help but notice you were on another thread just returned from Palm Bay? We left there on Saturday!

Funny--we must have been there at the same time! We ended up with free airline tickets on the way home because of a canceled flight, and we have some Disney passes, so we are thinking of taking a spur of the moment Disney trip, so to speak, next month to use those. We would definitely return to Palm Bay in the future--had such a good time.

Windsor Hills has a splash area/pad for toddlers by the community pool as well as zero entry. We rent from vacationcentralflorida.com.
We've decided on Windsor Hills after going back and forth between that and WBC. We are considering renting from vacationcentralflorida, but it makes me nervous that there are not condo-specific reviews anywhere. Do you remember which units you stayed in, and were they extremely clean? I don't care if some things are a little outdated, but I want to be sure the condo/apartment is exceptionally clean and the bed is updated/comfortable.

Paradise Palms has an excellent resort pool with toddler splash park, playground, etc. You can get the townhouses with private splash pool for well under 150/night on vrbo or Flipkey, tripadvisor, etc. And if you take the back way to the western entrance of Disney its like a 10 minute drive to Blizzard beach, maybe 13 minutes to MK. It's an underrated resort, IMO. It's very new, clean, and well laid out. Granite and stainless kitchens, blah blah blah.

We usually stay in Unit 404 and have never been disappointed.
