Condo recommendations near Disney or Universal

We usually stay at the Poly but for an upcoming trip down there, I am looking for a condo for my family (5-3 teenagers, no young kids) . I have never used Airbnb and am nervous about finding a decent/trustworthy host. Any recommendations for places or properties to look?
