I don't know is this is the correct place to post this question, but here it goes. Will mosquitoes and humidity be bad next week. I will be there starting Tuesday and the weather predicted is very hot. Thanks. Marlyne

The typical Florida summer weather is beginning and you likely will have a fiar amount of humidity. Not as bad as the middle of summer, but certainly worse than if you had gone in January.

I was at Disney the last 2 years the 1st week of May and while it was hot, it wasn't too humid at all....which makes all the difference to me!....last year it
was mid-80's to low 90's the whole week, but the humidity was low...our worst day was at AK, it was really hot and a bit more humid than the other parks. As for bugs, I honestly didn't notice any last year.

My friend is actually in Orland right now, but not at Disney, she called me
earlier this morning and said the weather is GORGEOUS, 83 and sunny.

The humidity season doesn't really kick in until sometime between mid and late May. Early May should be very pleasant, even if it's hot.

Nice to know it won't be too humid! Have been there in Jan., Feb.,Oct., and Nov, but 1st time in May.
:cool1:

We leave in 2 days  and I've read that it will be hot, but party cloudy. As long as it's not too crowded and humid we'll hopefully be fine...

We just returned on Saturday from a 10 day trip and the weather was great (other than that pesky tornado warning on Sunday 4/15, LOL. My daughter thought FOR SURE we'd be sucked out the hotel window when the wind was blowing so hard, I guess I've watched Twister one too many times). Ya can't blame the poor girl, we are weather wimps from California. Anyways, it was not too too hot and the humidity was pretty much non existant...compared to what we've experienced in the past around this time of year. We only noticed a few mosquitos and only one bite for one person in our group. Didn't need any repelent.

Good luck!
