My wife and I just got back from WDW and absolutely loved our two meals at the Concourse Steakhouse. The food is excellent, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere is a lot quieter and nicer (imo) than the California Grill upstairs.

My wife had the filet both nights and loved it, I had the filet and a steak over the two nights and both were excellent. The wings they have for an appetizer were also very good.

Out of the 6 sit down meals we had this trip the only better place we found was the restaurant at Canada in Epcot called Le Cellier.

We loved our dinner at the Concourse 9/4/05. We both had the fillet with extra shrimp. We also had the shrimp cocktail (wings were not available that night). DW had a baked potato and I had mashed. DW had the creme brule and I had the cheesecake. Great service, great atmosphere. We are on opposite end of restaurant and didn't notice Chef Mickey except when the napkin twirling was going on. We will definately be going back!!!

My wife and I ate there a couple of years ago and never went back. This trip (last weekend) we went to the Yachtsman Steak House at the Yacht & Beach Club and the meal was simply Awesome! I would go there again 10 times before I tried the Concourse again.

That's one of DH's favorite places. Always a great meal with very professional service.

I LOVE the fact that the monorail goes by every few minutes!

We also really enjoyed our meal there. The service was a little slow that night, but the manager came out to apologize. Seems that everyone had ordered a filet medium well or something, so it took longer to get our steaks. I did not really understand that, but I have never worked in a kitchen. Although it is close to Chef Mickey's, it was still very pleasant. We would eat there again.

Concourse is a hidden gem at Disney! We loved it so much we went twice during our visit. The first time was on our first night and the second time was the second night during our extended stay.

The prime rib is huge and is done to perfection-one person ordered medium rare another well done.

The New York strip steak was so tender it melted in our mouths.

The service was so quick and efficient I couldn't believe it. Both times the wait staff kept filling our drinks, giving us more bread-just being incredibly attentive.

We had the Kahula cheescake and the brownie dessert. The cheescake was so good I ordered a second piece to take back to the room. The brownie dessert was a very rich chocolate that was hard to finish but still good.

I suggest everyone give it a try at least once. It is worth the price.

We were just there about 10 days ago and I agree 100% with all the above positive comments. A relaxing place to have dinner, great food, great service and it's always fun to see the monorails go whizzing by. They are so very quiet though that if you have your back to them, you'd never even notice.

Went in August - i had the prime rib - very good and the boys (3 of them) all had steaks - which were a little overcooked and a little on the dry side.

Cm was very friendly but overworked, too many tables which caused the service to be slow - alot of waiting for the cm to get back to us - perhaps someone called in sick the nite we went.

We just got back yesterday, (10/2) and ate at the Concourse on Thursday night, 9/29. The food was excellent, service just okay, but we would absolutely go there again on our next trip. My husband had the chipotle steak, very good, I had the filet, excellent. Appetizers and dessert were both good as well. As far as the 3 table service meals we had, this was by far the best. I'll be happy to answer any other questions you have...

I ate there 2 twice in October 2002 and twice in February 2004 and it was just.... ok. The only reason I ate twice during my 2nd stay was everything was booked solid and it was the only thing available. I enjoyed my steak but I feel it was overpriced and if I'm correct I had to pay extra for my salad??? My father tried the Smoked Prime Rib and hated it, infact he tried pawnining off on all of us and after tasting it, we all declined. The food is a lot better than Chef Mickeys but it feels like you're eating in the middle of a mall or something. It's out in the open and it's kind of cool yet strange at the sametime. It's worth doing once but as with anything else at Disney, it's pricey. I prefer Ohana's over the Concourse Steakhouse but that's just my opinion. It's worth doing once, that's for sure but be sure to try the Yachtsman Steakhouse also.

We just came back the end of September and had dinner at the Concourse one night. We had the shellfish bisque which was absolutely to die for.... could have had just that for my meal. Also had the filet mignon and it was okay but I didn't care for whatever they put on the top. I had the peach blueberry crisp with vanilla ice cream for dessert and it was so good. I would probably go back here again as it was all very good....just would have them hold the stuff on my filet. We also tried the Yachtsman Steakhouse which was excellent. It was a lot better but then it costs a lot more too.
