concourse or rose & crown??

Hi! I have all my ADR's in place. My husband loves steak and I wanted to make sure he was happy with our dinners. The first and last night we are eating at LeCellier ( our favorite!) We never tried concourse, thought he would be happy. I happened to be looking at the menu's and noticed rose and crown now has steak. http://allearsnet.com/menu/menus.htm
Should I change concourse to rose and crown, or should I stick with what I have.

I had the steak at R&C during our recent visit (May 06), and thought it was a better cut of beef that the one I had the night before at Shula's.

Really enjoyed the Steak and Fish entree and would order it again.
