Which would you pick? Haven't been to either of these places and it's the only TS meal I left to plan. All others are set. Are these places any good?

Loved Kona! Great seafood and pasta entrees and beautiful desserts, too. Not much as far as decor goes but our service was wonderful and we loved then being able to just hop on the monorail and check out the GF. Only complaint was that it was FREEZING in the restaurant so you might take a sweater just in case!

Kona, absolutely (if you can only do one; if you can make it to both restaurants, great!).
Have the Filet Medallions - and if it's not too much trouble, could you please get me the recipe for the demi-glaze? :teeth:

I've dined at both and enjoyed the Concourse more. Had both breakfast & dinner at the Kona Cafe and was disappointed with both.

We tried both, and would definitely do Kona over Concourse. We love everything we had in Kona, no complain at all and would do Kona again in a heartbeat. Tried Concourse last August with dinning plan, was really disappointed. Cheese cake I ordered was SALTY!! Never had a salty cheese cake in my life, Yuck!

Personally, Kona is one of my favorite restaurants (after CG). I've never had a bad meal. In fact, they've all been excellent. I crave the Mahi-mahi. Yummmm!!! During our last trip, I learned Kona wasn't for everyone. There was an older couple at a table next to ours. They clearly just wanted a plain steak and baked potato. They grouched (loudly) through their entire meal. Of course, I have to note that they were complaining (again, loudly) about one thing or another from their day as they entered the restaurant. Not very happy people.

Thanks for the input! DH saw the Mahi Mahi and wanted to go there. I'd prefer Concourse. Actually, I'd prefer CG or Citrico's or Narcosse's, but we only want to use 1 TS credit/pp and we haven't been to any of these places (yet!)

Never been to Kona but really enjoyed Concourse. Actually just made a reservation there for next Friday. Both me and DH enjoyed it. I think if you like steak you will enjoy Concourse. Would like to try Kona but haven't had a chance yet.

We tried the Kona Cafe for the first time on our August trip and LOVED it. We went for bfast. I had the Tonga Toast and my sis had the shrimp omlette. Both were huge and delicious. Our service was very good, too.
