What would you like to know? I'd be happy to answer any specific questions you have.
It's convenient having the express elevator, it's nice having easy-access to *treats and snacks, and the lounge is a great spot for watching and hearing the fireworks show. The rooms on the concierge floor are large (though they might be the same size throughout the hotel?) and they have two queen-sized beds (and I believe most of the rest of the hotel has doubles?) It's nice to have someone to call on, if you want help with reservations on or off-property, if that's an issue. The view from the Sierra tower on the lounge side is also nice, if that's important. You can hear/see/enjoy Downtown Disney. At the same time, when it's time to snooze, the rooms (with sliding doors and drapes closed) are exceptionally quiet at night. Check-In is quicker, too.
It's a fun experience, but the cost *is* very difficult to justify.
